123. Section 83.65 of the Act is amended
(1)  by replacing “total disability benefits” and “Crime Victims Compensation Act (chapter I-6)” in the first paragraph by “financial assistance compensating a loss of income or financial assistance compensating certain disabilities” and “Act to assist persons who are victims of criminal offences and to facilitate their recovery (chapter P-9.2.1)”, respectively;
(2)  by replacing “pension” in the second paragraph by “financial assistance”.
