108. The board may cancel a decision made under section 45 if the applicant has failed to produce the relevant documents to the satisfaction of the board.

108. The Régie may correct its decision in the case of an error in writing or calculation or other clerical error.
It may also revoke its decision in the case of an application for a permit where there was no objection if, since the decision, new evidence has been discovered and it appears that if it had been brought forward in time, the decision would probably have been different.
The Régie may also revoke a decision made under section 45 if, in relation to a condition considered in its decision, new evidence has been discovered and it appears that had such evidence been brought forward in time, the decision would have been different.
In addition, the Régie may cancel a decision made under section 45 if the applicant has failed to produce the relevant documents to the satisfaction of the Régie.
