23.1. (Repealed).

23.1. The Minister may designate public servants to assist the Minister in exercising the powers and functions conferred on the Minister by this Act; they shall be appointed in accordance with the Public Service Act (chapter F-3.1.1).
The Minister may also, for the same purpose, assign a mandate to the Société or to any other person or partnership.
