Section 55.45
Disposition versions
55.45. Every person who contravenes section 31 is liable to a fine of $125 to $1,225 in the case of a natural person and of $250 to $2,450 in the case of a legal person.
For any subsequent conviction, the offender is liable to a fine of $250 to $2,450 in the case of a natural person and of $625 to $6,075 in the case of a legal person.
55.45. Every person who contravenes section 31 is liable to a fine of $125 to $1 225 in the case of an individual and of $250 to $2 450 in the case of a legal person.
For any subsequent conviction, the offender is liable to a fine of $250 to $2 450 in the case of an individual and of $625 to $6 075 in the case of a legal person.
55.45. Every person who contravenes section 31 is liable to a fine of $100 to $1 000 in the case of an individual and of $200 to $2 000 in the case of a legal person.
For any subsequent conviction, the offender is liable to a fine of $200 to $2 000 in the case of an individual and of $500 to $5 000 in the case of a legal person.
55.45. Every person who contravenes section 31 is liable, in addition to costs, to a fine of $100 to $1 000 in the case of an individual and of $200 to $2 000 in the case of a legal person.
For any subsequent conviction within two years for the same offence, the offender is liable, in addition to costs, to a fine of $200 to $2 000 in the case of an individual and of $500 to $5 000 in the case of a legal person.
