Section 1 Disposition versions

1. The objects of this Act are

(1)  to ensure the continuity and security of the petroleum products supply;

(2)  to ensure the quality of petroleum products and reduce the negative impacts on persons, property and the environment of manufacturing, distributing and using such products;

(3)  to ensure control of the sale price of petroleum products.

(2)  to ensure the quality of petroleum products and equipment;

(3)  to ensure control of the sale price of petroleum products.

1. The objects of this Act are

(1)  to ensure the safety of persons who have access to a facility or to petroleum equipment or who use petroleum products;

(2)  to ensure the use of quality petroleum equipment;

(3)  (paragraph repealed);

(4)  to control the sales price of petroleum products.

1. The objects of this Act are

(1)  to ensure the safety of persons who have access to a facility or to petroleum equipment or who use petroleum products;

(2)  to ensure the use of quality petroleum equipment;

(3)  to institute inspections, inquiries, and monitoring with respect to gasoline prices;

(4)  to control the sales price of petroleum products.
