48. Except on a question of jurisdiction, no application for judicial review under the Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01) may be exercised and no injunction may be granted against the Board or against any of its members acting in their official capacity.
A judge of the Court of Appeal may, on an application, annul by a summary proceeding any proceeding brought or decision rendered contrary to the first paragraph or to section 47.

48. Except on a question of jurisdiction, no remedy under article 33 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25) or extraordinary recourse within the meaning of that Code may be exercised and no injunction may be granted against the Board or against any of its members acting in their official capacity.
A judge of the Court of Appeal may, upon a motion, annul by a summary proceeding any proceeding brought or decision rendered contrary to the first paragraph or to section 47.

48. Notwithstanding any legislative provision inconsistent with this Act,
(a)  (subparagraph repealed);
(b)  no extraordinary recourse contemplated in articles 834 to 850 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25) shall be exercised and no injunction shall be granted against the Board or its members acting in their official capacity;
(c)  article 33 of the Code of Civil Procedure shall not apply to the Board or to its members acting in their official capacity.
A judge of the Court of Appeal, upon motion, may annul summarily any writ, order or injunction issued or granted contrary to this section or to section 47.

(c)  article 33 of the Code of Civil Procedure shall not apply to the Board or to its members acting in their official capacity.
