12.7. (Repealed).

12.7. The parties must make an agreement on essential services that is consistent with the requirements of section 12.6 and submit it to the Commission des relations du travail for approval. If no agreement is reached, the party that wants to declare a strike or a lock-out must submit a list of essential services to the Commission for approval.
