67. A person who
(1)  fails to withhold or remit a sum in accordance with section 16,
(2)  fails to provide the information required under section 13 or 21 or provides false information, or
(3)  contravenes section 57 or 57.1,
is liable to a fine of not less than $800 nor more than $10,000.

67. A person who
(1)  fails to withhold or remit a sum in accordance with section 16,
(2)  fails to provide the information required under section 13 or 21 or provides false information, or
(3)  contravenes any of sections 57, 57.1 and 75,
is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of not less than $800 nor more than $10,000.

67. Every person who fails to withhold or remit a sum in accordance with section 16 is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $5,000.
