73. Sections 54 and 70 have effect with respect to payments to be made with respect to the period following 31 August 1997. Sections 52, 53, 55, paragraph 2 of section 56 and paragraph 4 of section 58 have effect with respect to any payments to be made with respect to the period following the date of coming into force of the order in council concerning the unified housing benefit program made under the Act respecting the Société d’habitation du Québec (chapter S-8).
