62. The Act respecting family assistance allowances (chapter A-17) continues to apply to cases pending before the Board on 31 August 1997, and to applications for allowances made after that date in connection with situations existing prior to 1 August 1997.
Every application for the review of a decision made by the Board pursuant to the Act respecting family assistance allowances shall be dealt with in accordance with that Act.
