Disposition versions
203. The clerk or clerk-treasurer of the municipality shall transmit a certified copy of the by-law to the clerk-treasurer of the regional county municipality in which the municipality is situated.
A duplicate of a land surveyor’s plan must be attached to the copy of the by-law.
