175. The Minister may offer an integrated health and social services centre employee benefiting from employment stability or employment security measures a transfer to the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux. An employee who accepts such a transfer is deemed to have been appointed under the Public Service Act (chapter F-3.1.1). The fourth paragraph of section 171 applies in such a case.
