14. A dispensing optician shall not, respecting the practice of his profession, designate himself as other than a dispensing optician or optician.
He shall not be authorized to call himself a specialist or indicate a speciality or particular training.

14. A dispensing optician shall not, respecting the practice of his profession, designate himself as other than a dispensing optician or optician.
He shall not be authorized to call himself a specialist or indicate a speciality or particular training. Nor shall he assume the title of doctor or use an abbreviation of that title unless he is a physician or dentist; however, if he has a doctorate in a particular discipline, he may add the title of doctor to his name, with a mention of that discipline.
