22. No notary shall keep his office in the office of a sheriff, a registrar or a clerk of a Court or in any other place which the board of directors, by regulation adopted in accordance with the Professional Code (chapter C-26), declares to be incompatible with the honour and dignity of the Ordre des notaires.
