19. Every notary shall have and keep in a proper state of preservation a repertory of all deeds executed by him en minute, in which he shall enter consecutively, upon their closing, the date, the number and the nature or character of such deeds, and the names of the parties. Such repertory shall be bound and shall comply with the requirements of the regulations of the board of directors.
