150. The board of directors may order the deposit, pending a decision, of the records of any notary against whom there is an accusation or complaint of a disciplinary nature. Such notary shall deposit his records within 48 hours of the notification which must be made to him of such order.

Such notary shall deposit his records within forty-eight hours of the service which must be made upon him of such order.
