113. In order to be admitted to the practice of the notarial profession, one must also:
(a)  (paragraph repealed);
(b)  (paragraph repealed);
(c)  be the holder of a diploma which gives access to a permit in accordance with the regulations made under paragraph a of the first paragraph of section 184 of the Professional Code or be the holder of a diploma considered equivalent by the Bureau;
(d)  be the holder of a professional training diploma recognized by the Bureau;
(e)  have passed an examination in the form and on the subjects determined by the Bureau.

(b)  be a Canadian citizen;

(d)  be the holder of a professional training diploma recognized by the Bureau;
(e)  have passed an examination in the form and on the subjects determined by the Bureau.
