26. On pain of being struck from the roll, the members of the Order shall pay an annual contribution, the amount and date of payment of which shall be fixed by the board of directors; such contribution shall be payable in advance at the treasurer’s office. Every suit for the recovery thereof shall be brought in the district in which the head office of the Order is situated.
