10. The council of the Corporation may establish, by regulation, special sections grouping those of its members who hold the same type of licence issued under the Building Act (chapter B-1.1), define the status of the members of such sections, their rights and obligations in all matters that concern the Corporation, and determine the conditions of their admission to the section.
Such a regulation must be approved at a general meeting of the members of the Corporation and published in the Gazette officielle du Québec, with a notice that upon the expiry of thirty days after such publication, it will be submitted to the Government for approval. The regulation comes into force only after such notice of approval is published.
Paragraph 4 of section 11 does not apply to such a regulation.

The council of the Corporation may establish, by regulation, special sections grouping those of its members who hold the same type of licence issued by the board of examiners, define the status of the members of such sections, their rights and obligations in all matters that concern the Corporation and determine the conditions of their admission to the section.
Every such regulation must be approved at a general meeting of the members of the Corporation; it shall then be published in the Gazette officielle du Québec, with a notice that on the expiry of 30 days following such publication, it will be submitted to the Gouvernement for approval. It shall come into force only after similar publication of a notice of such approval.
The provisions of paragraph 4 of section 11 shall not apply to any such regulation.
