62. Agreements entered into between a regional authority and the Minister under section 3.28 of the Act respecting the Ministère du Conseil exécutif (chapter M-30) are deemed to be agreements entered into under this Act.
Such agreements may, with the authorization of the Government, be modified, replaced or terminated by the Minister.
