61. Regional authorities recognized by the Government under section 3.27 of the Act respecting the Ministère du Conseil exécutif (chapter M-30) are deemed to be regional development councils recognized under this Act.
Such recognition may be modified or replaced subject to conditions determined by the Government, or terminated by the Government.
