32.17. The Attorney General may entrust the Centre de services partagés du Québec established by the Act respecting the Centre de services partagés du Québec (chapter C-8.1.1) or any other person he designates with the mandate to manage the property of which he has custody and with the responsibility for disposing of forfeited property and property referred to in section 32.15.

32.17. The Attorney General may entrust the General Purchasing Director designated under the Act respecting the Service des achats du gouvernement (chapter S-4) or any other person he designates with the mandate to manage the property of which he has custody and with the responsibility for disposing of forfeited property and property referred to in section 32.15.
