13. A document or copy of a document from the department or forming part of the archives of the department, signed or certified by a person contemplated in section 12 as a true copy, is authentic.

13. A document or copy of a document from the department or forming part of the archives of the department, signed or certified by a person contemplated in the first paragraph of section 12 as a true copy, is authentic.

13. A copy of any document forming part of the archives of the department, certified by the Minister or the deputy minister as a true copy, shall be authentic and shall have the same validity as the original.
