339. (Repealed).

339. The powers granted to the Minister under sections 41, 47, 50, 59, 68, 71, 72 and 295 may be exercised by the Deputy Minister or any officer specially authorized thereto by the Minister.
Section 49 applies to every decision rendered in virtue of sections 41, 47 and 72 by the Deputy Minister or by any officer specially authorized thereto by the Minister.
