207. A map designation notice, an application for a lease or for an authorization under section 33, a report or an application relating to work required under this Act or an application for the renewal or conversion of mining rights is deemed to have been sent, filed or received on the date it is received at the office of the registrar.
Map designation notices or applications for a lease or an authorization under section 33 are admitted according to the order in which they are received at the office of the registrar.
Applications for a lease or authorization under section 33, where they relate to the same parcel of land and are received on the same day, shall be admitted in the order established by a drawing of lots. Map designation notices for which the order of receipt cannot be determined in accordance with the preceding paragraph shall also be admitted in the order established by a drawing of lots. Every person who intends to take part in the drawing of lots must, beforehand, pay the duties fixed by regulation and comply with the conditions for participation prescribed by regulation.

207. A staking or map designation notice, an application for a lease or for an authorization under section 32 or 33, a report, an application for exemption from the work required under this Act or an application for the renewal or conversion of mining rights is deemed to have been sent, filed or received on the date it is received at the office of the registrar.
Where a parcel of land already subject to a claim obtained by staking registered in favour of a third person is staked on the same day as that on which an application for the conversion of mining rights is filed by the third person under subdivision 5 of Division III of this chapter, the parcel of land is deemed, for the purposes of section 29, to have been staked after the filing of the application for conversion.
Applications for a licence, a lease or an authorization under section 32 or 33 are admitted according to the order in which they are received at the office of the registrar. Staking notices are admitted according to the date and time of the staking. Notices of map designation are admitted according to the order in which they are received at the office of the registrar.
Applications for a licence, lease or authorization under section 32 or 33, where they relate to the same parcel of land and are received on the same day, shall be admitted in the order established by a drawing of lots. 207. A notice of map designation or an application for a licence or lease, or for an authorization under section 31, 32 or 33 is deemed received on the day it is sent if it is served by certified or registered mail and, in other cases, on the day it is received.
They are admitted according to the order in which they are received at the office of the registrar or a regional office designated by ministerial order except notice of staking which is admitted according to the date and time of staking.
Notices of map designation and applications for a licence or lease or for an authorization under section 31, 32 or 33 received on the same day with respect to the same land shall be admitted in the order established by a drawing of lots. Every person who intends to take part in the drawing of lots shall, beforehand, pay the duties fixed by regulation.
However, in the case of an application for a licence or lease relating to petroleum, natural gas, brine or underground reservoirs, the order shall be established by a drawing of lots or a call for tenders, as is decided by the Minister.
Notices of staking, reports and applications for exemptions relating to work required under this Act and applications for the renewal of a mining right are deemed transmitted on the day they are received at the office of the registrar or a regional office designated by ministerial order.

Notices of map designation and licence or lease applications concerning the same parcel of land that are received on the same day are admitted in the order established by a drawing of lots. However, licence or lease applications concerning petroleum and natural gas, brine or underground reservoirs are admitted in the order established by a drawing of lots or by a call for tenders, as the Minister directs.
Notices of staking, reports and applications for exemptions relating to work required under this Act and applications for the renewal of a mining right are deemed transmitted on the day they are received at the office of the registrar or a regional office designated by ministerial order.
