165. (Repealed).

165. No person may explore for petroleum, natural gas or underground reservoirs without holding a licence to explore for petroleum, natural gas and underground reservoirs. The conditions to which the licence is subject and the fee payable are prescribed by regulation.

165. No person may explore for petroleum, natural gas or underground reservoirs without holding a licence to explore for petroleum, natural gas and underground reservoirs issued by the Minister.

165. No person may explore for petroleum or natural gas, brine or underground reservoirs unless he holds, as the case may be, an exploration licence for petroleum and natural gas, an exploration licence for brine or an exploration licence for underground reservoirs issued by the Minister.
