80. (Repealed).

80. The board, one of its members or another person making an inquiry under this Act has the powers and immunity of a commissioner appointed under the Act respecting public inquiry commissions (chapter C-37), except the power to impose imprisonment.

80. A person making an inquiry or a search under this act has the powers and immunity of a commissioner appointed under the Act respecting public inquiry commissions (chapter C-37). However, he cannot punish a person for contempt of court.
