76. (Repealed).

76. The Act respecting the protection of non-smokers in certain public places (chapter P‐38.01) is repealed.
Proceedings instituted on or before 16 December 1999 shall be continued in accordance with the provisions of the Act respecting the protection of non-smokers in certain public places as it read on that date.
In addition, any offence committed before 16 December 1999 but in respect of which no proceedings have been instituted on that date shall be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of the Act respecting the protection of non-smokers in certain public places, as it read on that date.
