97. (Repealed).
R. S. 1964, c. 79, s. 100; 1983, c. 44, s. 56.
97. No person shall keep a loan office unless a license to that effect has been issued to him upon payment of the following duty:
(1)  In the city of Montréal, two hundred dollars;
(2)  In the city of Québec, one hundred and fifty dollars;
(3)  Elsewhere, fifty dollars.
