15. Every infringement of the provisions of this Act, not otherwise provided for, shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $125.

15. Every infringement of the provisions of this act, not otherwise provided for, shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $20 nor more than $100.

15. Every infringement of the provisions of this act, not otherwise provided for, shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $20 nor more than $100, and costs, for each offence, and, on failure to pay such fine and costs, by imprisonment for not more than one month in the house of detention.
