15. (1)  (Subsection repealed).
(2)  The Bureau shall also, subject to its regulations, admit as a member of the Order any citizen who establishes:
(a)  he is domiciled in Québec;
(b)  he has passed an examination before the committee of examiners on the theory and practice of engineering and especially in one of the following branches at his option: civil, mechanical, electrical, agricultural, geological, industrial, mining, metallurgical or chemical engineering or, at the discretion of the committee of examiners, in any combination or subdivision thereof; and
(c)  he has paid the required fees fixed by regulation of the Bureau.

15. (1)  The Bureau shall admit as a member of the Order, subject to its regulations, any Canadian citizen domiciled in Québec and any candidate who fulfils the conditions prescribed by section 44 of the Professional Code, who holds a diploma recognized by the Government as leading to a permit to practise the profession of engineer, or holds a diploma considered equivalent by the Bureau.
(2)  The Bureau shall also, subject to its regulations, admit as a member of the Order any Canadian citizen and any candidate who fulfils the conditions prescribed by section 44 of the Professional Code who establishes:
(a)  he is domiciled in Québec;
