Disposition versions
160. The criteria established in Order in Council 148-2010 (2010, G.O. 2, 1171, French only) for determining major projects for the purposes of the Act respecting Infrastructure Québec (chapter I-8.2) continue to apply until they are replaced by the Conseil du trésor under the second paragraph of section 16 of this Act.
