The standards of ethics and professional conduct adopted by Infrastructure Québec for the members of the board of directors in accordance with a regulation made under section 3.0.1 of the Act respecting the Ministère du Conseil exécutif (chapter M-30) must be published by Infrastructure Québec in its operations report.
