76. Bottled alcoholic beverages which the holder of a permit for the sale thereof procures for distribution to his customers or guests must, while in the establishment where he carries on his business, be kept in the bottles in which they were delivered to him.
While such bottles bear the marks or labels which they bore when delivered, it is forbidden to put therein any other substance, and the holder of the permit, when a bottle has been broached, shall not fill it completely or partially in order to serve any alcoholic beverage.
