7. (Repealed).

7. No member of the Commission shall have any interest, direct or indirect, in any enterprise dealing in, manufacturing or using alcoholic beverages, nor shall he receive any commission or profit, or have any interest in the sales or purchases made by the Corporation or by persons authorized under this act to purchase or sell alcoholic beverages.
If a member of the Commission, when appointed, has such an interest, or if such interest subsequently accrues to him by inheritance or equivalent title, he must dispose of it immediately.
