62. (Repealed).

62. The suspension or cancellation of a permit shall not prevent prosecution for any offence against the provisions of this act committed by the person who held such permit while it was in force, nor an application for the confiscation of any alcoholic beverages seized before such suspension or cancellation.
No conviction obtained for any offence under one or more of the provisions of Division XIV of this act shall prevent the suspension or the cancelling of the permit of the offender or the seizure or confiscation of the alcoholic beverages found in his possession.
