57. (Repealed).

57. The Commission must cancel a permit:
(a)  upon the production of a conviction of the permit-holder, his agent or employee, for selling, in the establishment, alcoholic beverages manufactured illegally or purchased in violation of this act;
(b)  when the permit-holder ceases to fulfil the conditions required.
