30. (Repealed).

30. Except reunion permits, the permits issued by the Commission shall be granted for one year, but they shall all expire on 30 April or on any other date fixed by the regulations made under section 12 unless previously cancelled by the Commission or unless the date on which they expire is prior to the 30 April following their issue or on the date of expiry fixed by the regulations.
