25. (Repealed).

25. A reception permit entitles the holder to serve or sell alcoholic beverages except draught beer, for consumption on the premises solely in the room designated in the permit, to persons attending receptions. Such permit may be granted notwithstanding the restrictions or prohibitions imposed by any municipal by-law.
