185. A “Man and his World” permit may be issued to any person, whether he is a Canadian citizen or not, who applies therefor in writing to the Commission either in his own name or as the authorized representative of a government, country, province or state, or of an association, partnership or corporation.
Before granting such permit, the Commission shall satisfy itself that the applicant or the body of which he is the authorized representative has obtained a concession from the City of Montréal.
