180. (Repealed).

180. Traders or merchants authorized to sell alcoholic beverages under the Canada Temperance Act (Statutes of Canada) in the year preceding the repeal of the order in council whereby Part II of such act was declared in force must, within the thirty days following such repeal, report to the Corporation the alcoholic beverages in their possession by any title whatsoever, and surrender them to the Corporation, in the manner indicated by it.
