166. (Repealed).

166. When the offender is represented by attorney in first instance, the service of the notice of appeal upon such attorney shall be sufficient notification, and when he is not so represented the notice of appeal shall be given by serving a copy of the petition in appeal upon the offender personally or at his last known address.
