145. In any prosecution against a person who is not the holder of a permit, proof of the correct name of the defendant shall not be necessary to justify a conviction; it shall suffice that the identity of the defendant is established by the testimony of the person who signed the complaint.
No error in the name of the defendant shall invalidate the conviction or the warrant of imprisonment.
