131. (Repealed).
131. Proceedings taken under this Act shall be governed by Part I of the Summary Convictions Act (chapter P-15) and by the provisions hereinafter enacted in this division.
Such proceedings may be instituted, at the option of the prosecuting party, before a judge of the Court of Québec, two justices of the peace or any other person having the jurisdiction of two justices of the peace, saving the provisions of section 5 of the Summary Convictions Act.
