I-13.01 - Act respecting electrical installations

38. In order to ensure the observance of the law and regulations regarding electrical installations, and to ascertain whether the persons contemplated under this Act hold the licences and comply with the law and the regulations, there may be added a number of inspectors, whose work shall consist in making inspections, in making the law known to the interested parties and reporting to the Régie du bâtiment whatever infringements they may establish.

In order to ensure the observance of the law and regulations regarding electrical installations, and to ascertain whether the persons contemplated under this act hold the licenses and comply with the law and the regulations, there may be added a number of inspectors duly qualified as journeymen electricians, whose work shall consist in making inspections in all the buildings of Québec, in making the law known to the interested parties and reporting to the examiners whatever infringements they may establish.
