Disposition versions
49. The functions of the academic council are to advise the board of directors and to give its opinion or make recommendations to the board on any matter concerning the education regulations, teaching programs and evaluation of learning achievement, including the procedures for the certification of studies applicable to those programs.
Likewise, the academic council may also make recommendations to the board and refer any matter to the director general that, in the academic council’s opinion, requires the board’s attention.
