12. The Régie du bâtiment may suspend the licence issued under the Building Act (chapter B-1.1) of any person who fails to make alterations to plumbing installations effected contrary to the regulations.
Such power shall be exercised by the Corporation des maîtres mécaniciens en tuyauterie du Québec where it has entered into an agreement under section 129.3 of the Building Act.

12. Where the holder of a licence fails to make alterations to plumbing installations executed in contravention to the regulations, the board of examiners must report it to the board established by the Building Act (chapter B-1.1) which may suspend the licence of the contravener.

12. Where the holder of a licence fails to make alterations to plumbing installations executed in contravention to the regulations, the board of examiners must report it to the board established by the Act respecting building contractors vocational qualifications (chapter Q-1) which may suspend the licence of the contravener.

12. The board of examiners may suspend or cancel the license of any contractor, company, corporation or association who or which refuses to correct any installation made contrary to the regulations or who or which obtained his or its license through misrepresentation.
