8. (Repealed).

8. A committee of examiners shall be established consisting of at least five members of the Order residing in Québec, charged with the examination of candidates for admission to the practice of forest engineering.
Three of such persons shall be chosen by the Bureau and the other two by the direction of the Faculty of Forestry and Geodesy of Université Laval.
Three members of the committee of examiners shall constitute a quorum.
Such committee shall meet at least once a year at the place and date fixed by the by-laws.
