84. Any person who contravenes the first paragraph of section 80.2 is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of not more than $5,000.

84. Whoever, while employed in the service of Her Majesty in right of Québec, communicates or allows to be communicated to a person not legally entitled thereto any information obtained under this Act, or allows any such person to acquaint himself with any written statement furnished under this Act, is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceeding $200.

84.
