17. The members of the board of directors cannot be sued by reason of official acts done in good faith in the exercise of their functions.
No application for judicial review under the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01) may be exercised and no injunction may be granted against the Company or the members of its board of directors acting in their official capacity.

No extraordinary recourse contemplated in articles 834 to 850 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25) may be exercised and no injunction may be granted against the Company or the members of its board of directors acting in their official capacity.
Article 33 of the Code of Civil Procedure does not apply to the Company.

No extraordinary recourse contemplated in articles 834 to 850 of the Code of Civil Procedure shall be exercised and no injunction shall be granted against the Commission or the commissioners acting in their official capacity.
Article 33 of the Code of Civil Procedure shall not apply to the Commission.
